Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and cricket bats are in their original protective sleeves.

  Ship to the Pavilion

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the gear, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
